GENERAL POLICIES

– All products guaranteed as advertised and any defective product will be exchanged (customer pays postage one way – complete satisfaction).
– Orders shipped as soon as possible. We can only hold phone orders for 10 days, so please make prompt payment to ensure getting the items you want.
– Unless specified, out of stock products will be back-ordered. If specified, refunds will be given on out-of-stock items upon shipment of rest of the order.
– We reserve the right to make corrections if a typographical or pricing error occurs.
PAYMENT POLICIES

– We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal in addition to personal checks and money orders (checks must clear our bank – usually within 7 days).
– There is no minimum on checks or money orders. Please make checks payable to Disc Collector.
– Shipping charges are estimated. The actual amount for shipping & tax (if applicable) will be charged at shipment time.
– No C.O.D.’s

Box set shipping prices are determined by the weight of the box set.

– Ground: $9.95 Item – $.60 each thereafter
– 3 Day Air: Add $12.00 to above rate
– 2 Day Air: Add $17.00 to above rate
